Job Overview

Mandel Group, Inc., is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance / Grounds / Apprentice to join our team at Park Lafayette Apartments in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves working on curb appeal, grounds duties, building exterior maintenance, and interior upkeep at the apartment community. The position includes responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of common areas. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, team players, and able to work with minimal supervision. You will provide professional and courteous maintenance and custodian services, ensuring timely completion of work orders and enhancing the community's appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a positive living experience for residents.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep, including trash pickup, pet waste removal, cleaning common areas, painting, sweeping, and removing debris.
• Handle light maintenance work orders.
• Opportunity to learn and train as a Maintenance Technician.

Desired Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in skilled trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or appliance repairs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
