Avanath Capital is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice to join the community maintenance team. You will perform minor repairs, manage time efficiently, and coordinate with residents and staff to keep the community at high standards.

The Maintenance Apprentice is an essential member of the maintenance team, directly reporting to the Community Manager. This role demands a high level of professionalism, effective communication, and positive interactions with both residents and staff. A proactive approach is critical to preserving the community's appearance and ensuring its smooth operation. The successful candidate will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including performing minor repairs, managing time efficiently, and prioritizing tasks to maintain the communities to the highest standards for the benefit of residents.
