We’re happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business.# What You'll Be Doing**Job Scope:** The Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Controller is responsible for providing cost tracking, reporting, analyzing, and investigation support for daily Maintenance and Turnarounds, both large and small.**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*** Support Turnaround Manager with cost estimate development and lead project control activities throughout all phases to ensure proper cost accounting and allocation* Quality control work orders for correct classifications and billing processed upon work completion to facilitate proper closure* Own, update, and manage the monthly load plan and expense accruals* Review and analyze contractor data for discrepancies and investigate accordingly; work with Contractor Administrator to resolve billing issues.* Investigate discrepancies between planned and actual work and provide leadership with feedback as appropriate# Ideal Background**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent**Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical manufacturing preferred 3+ years of work experience in a Project Controls related role strongly preferred**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office Products, SAP* Plant Maintenance experience and knowledge highly preferred* Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.#LI-LF1# Hargrove CultureWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
