Job Description

EPS Corporation seekingan experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance and Transportation Coordinator to provide essential logistics support to the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC). This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, transportation support, and materiel readiness functions in compliance with Army regulations and programs such as the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Support CMDP efforts in accordance with AR 750-1 and AR 58-1, including participating in inspections and corrective actions.

Manage maintenance and transportation service support, including:

Initiating, updating, and closing maintenance work orders in GCSS-Army (GCSS-A)

Processing repair part procurements (both NSN and COTS items)

Coordinating licensing, dispatching, and equipment training administrative actions

Operate and maintain data accuracy across multiple logistics systems, including but not limited to:

GCSS-A

FMSWeb

GSA Web Applications

Provide administrative oversight of Materiel Management Support including:

Work order process documentation

Generation of maintenance and status reports

Coordination of corrective actions and updates

Validate equipment maintenance requirements and conduct procurement research on necessary repair parts.

Coordinate scheduled maintenance, technical inspections for equipment turn-ins, and receipt of new assets with end users.

Administer dispatching and licensing processes to ensure vehicle safety, operability, and compliance.

Maintain and update DA Forms 5988 and 2404, ensuring proper documentation and opening of related work orders.

Notify customers of repairs that exceed the Maintenance Expenditure Limit (MEL).

Ensure timely and accurate closure of work orders in GCSS-A, including cost and labor documentation.

Maintain adequate inventory of shop supplies and bulk lubricants for AC operations.

Oversee proper management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams (e.g., oils, batteries, tires).

Ensure compliance with all contractual service obligations and verify contractor support personnel levels.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or military logistics training preferred.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in military or government maintenance and transportation coordination.

Proficient in GCSS-A and familiar with AESIP, FMSWeb, and GSA Web Applications.

Strong knowledge of Army regulations including AR 750-1 and AR 58-1.

Experience with maintenance work order processing, repair part requisition, and vehicle dispatching.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional teams.

U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a security clearance may be necessary.
