Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the industrial maintenance and refrigeration systems by fulfilling the following duties:
- Compliance with department plans such as: refrigeration system plan, PSM plan, and preventive and corrective machinery maintenance plan.
- Manage the implementation of company improvement projects.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for area staff.
Location: Texas, United States
Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (preferred)
- Mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing ammonia refrigeration systems.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance with quality and safety standards established by GFSI, EPA, and OSHA.
- Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of refrigeration systems through the timely implementation of preventive and corrective programs.
- Lead the organization's investment projects that help optimize processes and resources.
- Manage and optimize resources for implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the area's budget through the ERP system.
- Develop maintenance and service providers.
- Coordinate area activities, ensuring professional development, ongoing training, and staff safety.
- Verify compliance with the refrigeration plan and PSM, ensuring the optimal condition of cold rooms and machinery.
- Propose improvement actions based on system results and findings.
- Drive to achieve results.
- Prioritization and organized.
