Qualifications

• 1+ year clerical experience; trucking experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift/Schedule: First/ Monday - Friday

• Communicate and coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor negotiations and issuing written purchase orders for parts, tires, fuel, oil, and service work
• Support service and sales departments as the lead resource for administrative and secretarial support
• Negotiating agreements, performing cleanliness standards inspections of rental fleet, and coordination of fleet movement
• Provide value added service in the most effective and efficient manner to ensure world class customer service while handling all service/road calls and vendor coordination
• Establish, Maintain and Build relationships with existing customers, and prospecting for new customer opportunities while growing sales profitability
• Answer inbound calls as well as dial out on inbound leads
