Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Support the implementation of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans developed by the Maintenance and Reliability Manager.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion using CMMS.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
• Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs related to maintenance effectiveness and equipment performance.
• Provide hands‑on training and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous improvement and technical development.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance work meets company standards and timelines.
• Support budget adherence by managing labor and material resources efficiently.

Eaton’s EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor – 2nd Shift. This role is onsite at our Amarillo, TX facility. Relocation is not provided. 2nd shift hours: 2PM-10:30PM Monday through Friday.

Built in 1981, the Amarillo facility, with approximately 150 team members, is a thriving iron foundry that serves our customers with a variety of parts, including conduits, covers and fittings.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86,000 – $126,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you’ll do:

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited university OR a minimum of six (6) years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and preventive/predictive maintenance planning tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Equipment Reliability or Engineering.
• Ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing environment leading maintenance teams.
• Solid technical understanding of relevant industrial equipment and maintenance procedures.
