Eaton’s EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor - 2nd Shift. This role is onsite at our Amarillo, TX facility. Relocation is not provided. 2nd shift hours: 2PM-10:30PM Monday through Friday.
Built in 1981, the Amarillo facility, with approximately 150 team members, is a thriving iron foundry that serves our customers with a variety of parts, including conduits, covers, and fittings.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86,000 to $126,000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor plays a critical role in executing maintenance strategies and ensuring equipment reliability across the Amarillo Operation. Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, this position oversees daily maintenance activities, supports asset lifecycle management, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Supervisor leads a team of skilled technicians, coordinates with cross-functional departments, and uses data‑driven tools to support operational goals.
