Qualifications

  • 5 years of industrial experience in instrumentation and electrical work.

We are seeking a Maintenance and I&E Technician at our Air Products Membranes Solutions facility in St. Louis, Missouri.

Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Strong industrial & mechanical skills
  • Proficient communication and computer skills
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and flexibility in job assignments
  • Ability and initiative to complete job assignments promptly
  • Follow safe work practices, NEC guidelines, and SOPs
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment
  • Calibrate manufacturing instrumentation following procedures
  • Perform routine PMs on manufacturing and building equipment
  • Troubleshoot PLC equipment
  • Assist other maintenance technicians with tasks
  • Complete instrument tracking documentation
  • Complete safety tasks and activities
  • Develop procedures for instrument calibrations and preventive maintenance
  • Support facility operations by completing work orders
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Trade school diploma or certificate (accredited military or trade school)
  • Five years of industrial experience in instrumentation, electrical work, and calibration
  • Military training considered equivalent to industrial experience
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts (36/48 hours weekly)
