Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Manager for its Bowling Green, OH plant to lead site maintenance, ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of equipment, facilities, utilities and assets.

You will drive maintenance strategy, supervise the team, plan preventive and corrective work, manage budget and spare parts, oversee contractors, and partner with production on autonomous maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and hands-on experience.
• 5+ years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

As a Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will lead the site Maintenance function to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of equipment, facilities, utilities, and other company assets. Drive maintenance strategy, resource planning, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
