Vantage Specialty Chemicals is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager in Englewood, OH. You will lead a cross-functional team including maintenance technicians, project engineers, and CI engineers to ensure safe, reliable operations and drive continuous improvement across two sites near Pittsburgh.
You will oversee reliability programs, CMMS-driven maintenance, and capital projects while partnering with operations, QA, and R&D to optimize processes and equipment
The Maintenance and Engineering Manager provides leadership and oversight for the plant’s maintenance and engineering functions, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position manages a team of maintenance technicians, project engineers, production engineers, and CI engineers, and drives the execution of maintenance strategies, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role is based in Englewood, Ohio and supports personal care, food, and pharmaceutical products.
The position requires a strong background in reliability analysis, a results-oriented focus to improve mechanical integrity and equipment reliability, and the ability to help develop the most effective technologies for specific processes and drive standardization of equipment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
The estimated base pay range for this position is: $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, qualifications, skills and geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive program.
