We are seeking an experienced technician to transition from the field into a fully remote support role, providing expertise to guide our field technicians.

Position Overview

As a Maintenance and Construction Support Specialist, you will assist field technicians by providing expert advice on various projects. Your role involves helping complete work orders and resolving technical issues, leveraging your extensive hands-on experience in skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide daily technical guidance to technicians, troubleshoot, and assist with complex tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting: Offer expert advice to ensure efficient project completion and help overcome obstacles.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly explain technical tasks, maintain effective communication with the team and internal departments.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical tasks
• Proficiency with technology, including phones, laptops, and support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Remote project and team management skills
