Position Overview

As a Maintenance and Construction Support Specialist, you will assist field technicians by providing expert advice on various projects, helping complete work orders, and resolving technical issues. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople seeking to utilize their knowledge remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide daily guidance to field technicians on project requirements and troubleshooting in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting: Offer expert advice to ensure efficient and accurate project completion, helping overcome obstacles faced by technicians.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly explain technical tasks and maintain effective communication with the field team and internal departments.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical tasks
• Proficiency with technology, including phones, laptops, and support tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Remote project and team management abilities
