Position Overview: As a Maintenance and Construction Support Specialist, you will provide expert advice and guidance to field technicians across various projects, assisting with work orders and resolving technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience in skilled trades looking to transition out of fieldwork while continuing to utilize their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide daily technical support to field technicians, guiding project requirements and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist with complex tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting:
• Offer expert advice to ensure efficient and accurate project completion.
• Help technicians overcome obstacles during work assignments.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Explain technical tasks clearly to field technicians.
• Maintain effective communication with field teams and internal departments.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing).
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical tasks.
• Proficiency with technology, including phones, laptops, and support tools.
