Position Overview

As a Maintenance and Construction Support Specialist, you will assist field technicians by providing expert advice on projects, helping complete work orders, and resolving technical issues. Ideal for those with extensive hands-on trades experience seeking a remote role to utilize their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide daily technical guidance and troubleshooting for field technicians in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting: Offer expert advice to ensure efficient project completion and help overcome obstacles.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly explain technical tasks, maintain effective communication with the team and internal departments.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical tasks
• Proficiency with technology, including phones, laptops, and support tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Remote project and team management skills
