We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid foundation in concrete work who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Concrete Support: Perform site preparation, build and set forms, and lay rebar or reinforcement.
• Pouring & Finishing: Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various structures including floors, ramps, sidewalks, and patios.
• General Maintenance: Complete routine building repairs and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a high-quality facility environment.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.
• Tool Operation: Safely use various hardware tools, power equipment, and machinery (forklift) to complete assigned projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous hands‑on experience in concrete work (forming, pouring, or finishing) is required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in standing, kneeling, or stooping positions.
• Licensing: Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Skills: Proficient with common power tools and general maintenance equipment.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
• Availability: Standard full-time schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed for specific projects.
