Job summary

ABB in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will interpret schematics, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain repair records while prioritizing safety and coordinating with machine operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred; 2 years experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, control systems, and PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics and research technical information needed to repair equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain repair records.

Prioritize workplace safety, collaborate closely with machine operators, and support overtime needs to keep equipment running reliably.Qualifications for the role:High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
