McDonald's in North Canton, OH is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role supports restaurant operations by maintaining equipment and facilities to high standards.

You will perform tasks such as filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment and restrooms, unloading deliveries, taking out trash, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role focusing on interior/exterior cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Experience with daily fryer oil filtration and grounds maintenance.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
