Job summary

McDonald’s in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep restaurant facilities in excellent condition and ensure safe, welcoming surroundings for guests and crew.

You'll unload deliveries, perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment, clean and maintain grounds, and support stock replenishment. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and advancement, with pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.

You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Maintenance Person at McDonald's.

This role is critical in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas

• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock

• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems

• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence
