Job summary

The MPMC McDonald's Organization in the San Gabriel Valley operates multiple stores and is seeking a maintenance-focused team member in Temple City, CA. You will maintain accessible areas for customers and staff, unload deliveries, and perform routine safety checks to uphold high standards.

You will help ensure clean, safe conditions and support storage and equipment upkeep while contributing to a positive guest experience at our restaurant locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in maintenance
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen
• Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)

Responsibilities

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming delivery and help replenish necessary stock
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence
• Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck two times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Pay Rates starting at: $20.75 - $22.00 / hour plus cash incentives
