Job summary

McDonald's Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Person to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment condition across the restaurant. You will support the maintenance team and receive the tools and training needed to succeed.

The role covers cleaning the lobby, floors, kitchens, restrooms and outside grounds, cleaning equipment, changing light bulbs, and disposing of trash. You will have opportunities for growth and access to benefits.

• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks across lobby, floors, kitchens and restrooms.
• Ability to maintain outside grounds and trash disposal.
• Experience with cleaning various equipment and systems is a plus.

Requirements

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Clean lobby, floors, kitchens
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Take out and empty trash
• Clean trash receptacles
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Clean grills and fryers
• Clean playland equipment
