Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to join a franchisee-operated restaurant in West Virginia. You will support management in keeping the interior and exterior clean and maintaining restaurant equipment, with on-the-job training provided.

The role offers a pay of up to $15 per hour, on-site work, and a benefits package including free meals on break, tuition assistance, health coverage after a year, flexible scheduling, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
• Free meals when you are on break.
• Unload the products from Martin Brower weekly sometime twice a week
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
