Job summary

Ace Parking is seeking a maintenance technician to greet and assist customers in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure the parking lot is clean, vehicles are parked safely, and deliver excellent service to all patrons.

The ideal candidate is passionate about service and eager to learn, with responsibilities including housekeeping of the facility and assisting guests with parking and directions. Ace Parking offers benefits for full-time and part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Notify management of repairs or guest service issues.
• Complete task checklists and maintain cleanliness of the parking structure, stairwells, elevators, and trash areas.
• Keep parking area clean of trash, stains, and spills; restock stock room as needed.
• Assist guests with parking directions and locating available spaces.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.

About The Position

As a maintenance technician, you will get to greet and help customers and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for making sure the parking lot is clean, ensuring that vehicles are parked correctly and safely, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons.

Accountability

• Communicating any repairs or guest service- related issues to management.
• Completing a checklist of tasks given to you.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking structure, stair wells, elevators, and disposing of trash.
• Keeping the parking area clean of any trash, debrief, stains and spills.
• Make sure the stock room is restocked

Communication

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Report any security concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities or management.

Family

• Assist fellow team members during busy periods or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.

Exceptional Services

• Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, assisting them with parking and locating available spaces.
• Keep parking lots and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, including trash cans.
• Offer exceptional service by going the extra mile to assist customers with their needs.
• Offer assistance with parking and directions as needed.

Profitability

• Maximize profitability by providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and clearing debris from parking areas and walkways.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.
