Job summary

McDonald's in Payson, Utah is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant clean and equipment in top condition. You will take ownership of maintenance tasks and support 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Schedule includes shifts from 4am-2pm with growth opportunities, tuition assistance, and benefits. Paid time off starts on day one; meal discounts and medical/dental/vision coverage are available to eligible employees.

What You'll Do (Maintenance Person)

• Filter fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds and landscaping
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery trucks
• Take out trash and organize stockroom
• Change light bulbs as needed
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
• Maintain and complete all scheduled tasks quickly and on time.
• Ensure the restaurant environment supports 100% customer satisfaction
