Job summary

Piworld is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Midlothian, TX to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment on a 12-hour day shift. This direct-hire role requires hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and PLCs.

You will document work orders in CMMS and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment setup, and mentoring other maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial maintenance.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with 480V three-phase motors.
• Some MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair: Mechanical systems, Electrical systems, Pneumatic systems, Hydraulic systems, PLCs, AC/DC drives.
• Use maintenance software to document work orders and repairs.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Train and assist other maintenance personnel.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and alignments for optimal performance.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform building maintenance as needed.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
