Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchise restaurant. You will join the Maintenance Team to ensure excellent interior and exterior cleanliness and reliable equipment upkeep.

The role supports daily restaurant operations and requires hands-on tasks across cleaning, groundskeeping, and light maintenance. Responsibilities include oil-fryer filtration, grounds and window cleaning, unloading deliveries twice weekly, and trash removal.

• Maintain outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Work as part of the Maintenance Team to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and keep fry area clean.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean windows, stock rooms, restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week and manage trash.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.

Job description

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
