Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a maintenance support worker to assist with daily operations of a commercial facility. You will help Building Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Facility Management to keep the environment safe, clean and efficient for occupants and visitors.

Shift is Monday to Friday, Day Shift, with an hourly rate and weekly pay. The specific offer will depend on experience and location, with ABM providing a comprehensive benefits package as part of the Front Line Team Members

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor tasks and safety protocols.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform repairs and assist trade technicians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians with daily operations.
• Support facility management to keep the building safe, clean, and efficient.
• Perform routine checks and respond to maintenance requests as needed.

The Utility is responsible for supporting the maintenance and daily operations of a commercial facility by performing general labor, preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility support functions. This position assists Building Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and Facility Management staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment for building occupants and visitors.

Shift: Monday - Friday | Day Shift

Payrate: hourly rate | Weekly pay
