Job summary

Premier Sand and Stone, a fast-growing mine-based company, seeks a Maintenance team member atKos­se, TX. The role offers steady daytime hours, potential OT, and a compensation range of $20–$28 per hour based on experience.

Full-time employment includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, holidays, and a 401K plan. Candidates must operate heavy equipment safely, be detail-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment including trucks, excavators, loaders.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended shifts as needed.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass pre-employment checks (background, drug screen, physicals).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks at the Kosse mine location.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Adhere to safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Overview

Premier Sand and Stone, a subsidiary of Coyote Rock LLC, located in Sheridan, Arkansas, is a fast-paced and fast-growing specialty aggregate company that utilizes heavy machinery in its day-to-day operation. We are seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Maintenance team member at our mine location in Kosse, TX. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can perform their job functions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Possess in-depth skills using diagnostic tools and resources, including on-line resources provided.
• Demonstrate a mentor-like personality and willingness to contribute to team goals.
• Ability to safely operate, drive, back and/or move trucks, excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, and other types of heavy equipment.
• Ability to work some weekends or extended shifts as needed.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass pre-employment background checks, drug screen, and physicals.

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; OT available
