Job summary

McDonald's in Hot Springs is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and safe. You will assist management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness and keeping equipment in good working order, with training and tools provided.

As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will perform daily tasks such as filtering fryers, cleaning equipment and windows, managing trash and stock rooms, and servicing lighting and HVAC components to support smooth restaurant operations.

• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
