McDonald's maintenance position is responsible for daily cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of both interior and exterior areas of the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, windows, grounds, and trash, with a focus on safety and cleanliness to support a high-quality guest experience.

As part of the maintenance team, you will perform tasks required to keep the restaurant safe, clean, and well-maintained, reporting to the franchisee who employs you.

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

Description:

McDonald's Works for Me. The Maintenance position tasks are to be completed daily and weekly, monthly, Quaterly and yearly as scheduled.

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Clean production area prior to opening
• Clean and sanitizing the lobby and dining room areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing the condiment center
• Clean and organizing coolers, freezers and stock rooms
• Taking trash to corral and cleaning DT lanes, sidewalks and outside areas including washing parking lot and scraping gum off any areas.
• Cleaning windows inside and outside. Maintaing POP on windows in good shape and current.
• Preforming roof top maint.
• Cleaning and santinzing Playland Place
• Filtering and maintaing a Oil Quality chart
• Changing tiles, and lights out as necessary

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

• Change light bulbs
