Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Maintenance Person to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install HVAC and related equipment. The role also involves coordinating daily activities to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

The position is full-time, daytime shift with potential weekend and evening overtime as required by the client. Pay is $24.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package expected by ABM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and manuals.
• Willingness to coordinate tasks and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install HVAC equipment as assigned.
• Ensure timely, cost‑effective completion of projects and agreements.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities to meet contractual commitments.

Job description

The Maintenance PERSON troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.

Pay Rate

$24.00 per hour

Shift: FULL TIME/DAY SHIFT: M-F: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Some weekend and evening overtime is requested by the client as needed
