Job summary

Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care.

Key responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders, assisting with make-ready of vacant units, keeping the pool and grounds clean, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. On-call rotation and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site maintenance experience in similar roles.
• Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work.
• HVAC / EPA certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
