Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchised restaurant in Michigan. You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming dining area by performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring equipment and building systems.

You’ll unload deliveries, restock as needed, and complete basic repairs while upholding food safety and storage standards. The role supports daily operations and works closely with team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

This role is critical i n the restaurant because you’ll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence
