McDonald's in Dyersville, IA is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to help keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment in good condition. You will work with the team to ensure a safe, efficient restaurant environment during flexible shifts.

No prior extensive experience is required; we provide training. Part-time or full-time options are available with benefits after eligibility and meal discounts.

• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. For job openings on your schedule - part time or full time - give us a try. You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Maintenance Team Member at McDonald's.
