Job summary

McDonald’s Maintenance Person position at a corporate-owned restaurant focuses on keeping interior and exterior areas spotless and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

You will perform tasks such as oil fryer care, groundskeeping, cleaning, waste removal, light maintenance, and basic HVAC upkeep, with support and training provided by the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and manage waste removal.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
