McDonald’s – Meoli Companies is hiring a Maintenance Team Member to keep our restaurant and surrounding areas in great condition. You’ll learn and perform tasks that ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and crew every day.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs with training provided. You’ll work mostly on-site, in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with leaders and teammates to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant inside and outside.
• Filtering fryer oil and completing routine equipment maintenance.
• Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, restrooms, and other areas.
• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and exterior areas neat.
• Unloading delivery trucks approximately 2–3 times per week.
• Replacing light bulbs and completing basic maintenance tasks.
• Cleaning HVAC and exhaust areas and keeping the roof clear of debris.
• Identifying maintenance or safety concerns and communicating them to leadership.
• Following established safety, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Working independently and managing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Helping wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
