Job description

At G&L Tube LLC, a division of AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. You can even find AeroFlow Technologies products aboard NASA’s Space Launch System and in the F-35 fighter jets. That’s the level of quality and innovation you’ll be part of when you join our team.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for facility and equipment maintenance supporting plant Safety, Quality, Cost, and Regulatory compliance. This person should possess a working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and have problem-solving experience in both areas. They must also have the ability to work efficiently and safely with others in problem solving mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain material and supply inventory.
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
  • Strong knowledge on mechanical capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge with electrical circuitry 24 V DC controls- 480 3 phase.
  • Perform task unsupervised.
  • Ability to share general maintenance knowledge in a training/leading other technicians capacity.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Consistently maintains a safety-first mentality.
  • PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills.
  • Pneumatics and Hydraulics Experience.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Basic programming as well as troubleshooting.
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
