McDonald's in Berea, Ohio is hiring a Maintenance Person to support daily cleanliness and equipment upkeep in a franchised restaurant. This position offers starting pay of $11.00 per hour and opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

As part of the Maintenance Team you will perform routine tasks such as oil filtration, groundskeeping, cleaning, and restocking, with training provided to help you succeed and advance.

• The Maintenance Person assists management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Responsibilities may include: oil fryer filtration, cleaning, stock rooms and restrooms, and assisting with general upkeep.

• Take out and empty trash compactor

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
