Job summary

Topgolf in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Facilities Lead to guide a team of maintenance staff and porters in day-to-day operations.

You will plan maintenance tasks, repair building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical), ensure safety standards, manage inventory, and respond to emergencies while collaborating with other departments to support facility needs.

• Prior experience in maintenance or facility management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical skills across maintenance disciplines.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
