Job summary

Topgolf in Bryan, Texas is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and ensure reliable day-to-day upkeep of our venues. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance, coordinate routine tasks, and work with vendors to complete repairs.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of building systems, safety compliance, and the ability to respond quickly to on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills for maintenance issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Good organization and communication, with on-call flexibility.
