Job summary

JLL in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This entry-level role offers growth in the engineering field and an on-site schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will work with the engineering team performing general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting; complete work orders in CMMS, and help ensure safe, clean facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
• Valid driver license.
• On-site work at Denver location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintains appropriate service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Work closely under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers and others.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable).
• Other projects and tasks to be assigned.

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. This is an entry-level position and can provide opportunities for growth in the engineering field.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.8:00am to 5pm.

Salary: $59,480 to $64,480

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
• Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
• Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver Licence

Estimated compensation for this position:

59,480.00 - 64,480.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
