Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), the largest community college in Central Massachusetts serving over 13,000 students in degree and certificate programs, adult education and workforce development. Performs general janitorial and custodial work in connection with the cleaning and maintenance of a building, or an assigned area within a building, or a group of buildings; performs related work as required. Incumbents will be designated as Essential Personnel and will perform snow removal activities, and report during weather emergency situations. Include responsibility for cleaning and maintaining food-contact surfaces on campus.
Incumbents of positions at this level receive supervision from employees of a higher grade, who provide instruction, assign work and review performance through verbal reports and visual inspection for compliance with instructions and established standards.
Supervises part time and work study students as assigned.

Bi-weekly salary $1,797.80 ($46,742.80annually)Pay grade 11; An appointment from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at Step I of the range.
