Job Overview

Maintain and operate the warehouse by receiving, storing, and record-keeping of all warehouse stock.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License.
  • Experience with warehouse procedures.
Performance Responsibilities
  • Follow local, state, and federal laws and adhere to policies of the State Department of Education and Local School Board.
  • Receive and unload deliveries such as books, furniture, school supplies, playground equipment, and custodial supplies from vendors.
  • Use electronic devices such as iPhone/iPad to log work order entries, labor hours, materials used, etc.
  • Verify deliveries by comparing to invoices.
  • Check for damaged goods upon delivery and return to vendor if necessary.
  • Date products immediately upon delivery from vendors.
  • Arrange and stock items in proper locations.
  • Separate and pull orders for delivery to school sites.
  • Compare printouts to cafeteria orders.
  • Maintain records of completed purchase orders and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain records of back orders and returned projects.
  • Load and deliver orders to school sites.
  • Deliver and unload orders at school sites.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory of warehouse stock.
  • Coordinate with bookkeeping to ensure purchase orders are completed and payments processed.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse facility.
  • Perform preventive and minor maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Pick up mail daily from the post office.
  • Pick up biological waste bags from schools.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
