Job summary

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech I - Millwright for our Monticello, AR facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support uptime goals in a food processing environment.

As part of the maintenance team, you will work with supervision to ensure HACCP, GMPs, and work instructions are followed, while committing to safety and quality. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a stable, equal-opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or millwright experience required.
• Food processing environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure safety and food-safety compliance.
