Job summary

Holman is seeking a skilled Mainline Technician for Audi San Diego. This role offers a competitive pay range of $33 - $50 per flat rate hour and up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses based on qualifications. The position includes comprehensive Audi-specific training, a structured team environment, and a strong mentorship culture. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues and maintaining a clean shop environment. A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of automotive technician experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience.
• Technical Auto training or Audi certifications; ASEs are a plus.
• Valid driver's license, a clean MVR or minimal violations.
• Willingness to undergo background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology and manuals.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry.

Audi San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Mainline Technician to join the Holman family.

Pay Range

$33 - $50 per flat rate hour.

• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus based on qualifications.
• Relocation assistance available.

• Schedule: technicians work 8‑hour shifts plus a 1‑hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.
