Crain Kia of Sherwood is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service department in Arkansas. Kia experience is preferred but not required; strong diagnostic and repair skills are essential to delivering quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Able to work with domestic, import, or luxury brands.
• Kia experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission issues.
• Work with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing dealership training.
