Job summary

Themesoft Inc. seeks an experienced Tech Lead/Architect to own the architecture of IBM Mainframe TPF systems and drive modernization in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will guide design decisions, enforce coding standards, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end mainframe solutions.

You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional efforts with infra and security, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end architecture for mainframe transaction systems.
• Strong knowledge of TPF/ z/TPF environments and modernization roadmaps.
• Proven ability to define coding standards and review designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of TPF / z/TPF transaction systems.
• Define modernization roadmaps for legacy TPF environments.
• Drive ECB design, storage pools & TPFDF data management decisions.
• Establish coding standards and architectural best practices.
• Oversee TPF program development in Assembler & C/C++ and perform reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level TPF engineers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Act as primary technical PoC for client stakeholders and business teams.
