Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Systems Programmer with 5+ years of experience in mainframe security, specifically with RACF. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering login IDs, dataset, RACF resource rules, as well as expertise in mainframe digital certificates. This role requires monitoring system security policies, handling violations/incidents, and performing regular audit reviews. The candidate will also liaise with business and technical support areas, provide customer support through reports and presentations, and ensure adherence to security standards. Availability for 24/7 support is essential.

What You Will Do
  • Administer RACF login IDs, dataset, and resource rules.
  • Manage and monitor mainframe digital certificates.
  • Oversee system security policies and address violations/incidents.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audit report reviews.
  • Collaborate with business and technical support teams.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and deliver presentations for customer support.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards across the environment.
What You Will Need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mainframe Security packages RACF.
  • College degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: Excellent TSO, JCL, IBM UTILITIES, JES2, and ISPF are required.
  • Experience using ZSECURE security products is desired.
  • General Knowledge: Some MVS experience is a plus; PC Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Top Secret, and iSeries security knowledge are a plus.
  • Technical knowledge across multiple Mainframe teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools to create client-facing documents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service skills at management level.
  • Experience establishing and documenting processes and procedures.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Understand a large-scale 24x7 production environment.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with knowledge of problem analysis.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $65,000 to $123,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Placement in the range may vary based on skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs may include an annual bonus and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
