Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mainframe Solution Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture Team, focusing on IBM Mainframe applications and solutions.

You will translate business requirements into scalable mainframe architectures, lead MF projects, and guide transitions toward Kubernetes as part of modernization efforts. Strong COBOL/CICS/DB2 skills are essential, with a collaborative approach across MF teams.

Formación

• Excellent experience with IBM Mainframe and z/OS; knowledge of z/OSMF is a plus.
• Experience with Image Copy, reorg, load, and unload utilities is desirable.
• Direct experience with RACF and how it protects DB2 resources; experience with SERVAUTH is required.
• Experience with scalability and concurrent processing; experience working with large development teams and other Architects.
• Extensive experience programming in COBOL and CICS; proficient with DB2, especially SQL, indexes, and explain plans.
• Expert in navigating IBM Mainframe, developing MF applications using COBOL, Assembler, and JCL.
• Working understanding of z/OS Connect is highly valuable.
• Skills in Python or Java are a plus.
• Working knowledge of modern NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and cloud solutions (e.g., DataBricks) desirable.
