ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience to lead our Mainframe Modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in Mainframe Utilities, CICS, and API integration and will operate in a hybrid work model on a day shift with no travel requirements.

You will guide planning, oversee API integrations, mentor teams, and drive strategic decisions to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across mainframe environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Mainframe Modernization projects to enhance system capabilities and performance.
• Oversee the integration of Mainframe APIs to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Mainframe Utilities improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Mainframe CICS operations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
